answered prayer?

Many of us share confusion and frustration as a result of prayers that appear to go un-answered. In his book “Too Busy Not to Pray” Bill Hybels offers his views; his and ours are summarised below.

Something that I find useful that Hybels recommends:

• Inappropriate request - If the request is wrong, God says “No”
• Poor Timing - If the time is wrong God says “Slow”
• In a bad place - If you are wrong God says “Grow”
• But if the request is right, the timing is right and you are right, God says “Go!”
